Central Conference

The Newmarket Mustangs were flawless throughout the regular season, going 6–0 and notching the only perfect record in the league. Heathrow Jets finished at .500, while the Fen Harriers managed a single win.

Southern Conference

The most competitive conference of the year, the Crawley Raiders led with a 5–1 record, closely followed by the Bournemouth Raiders (4–2) and Eastleigh Devils (3–3), both of whom qualified for the playoffs via wild-card.
