The 2015 British U19 season was the first to formally distinguish between Division 1 and Division 2 national levels. Teams competed regionally across five conferences, with Division 1 comprising top-tier clubs and Division 2 offering an increasingly competitive platform for developing sides. Scotland continued to host strong representation, and a new playoff format allowed standout teams from Division 2 to measure up against Division 1 powers. The London Blitz were dominant throughout and claimed the national championship with a statement win.
