Historical Notes
Earlier audit captures recorded the runner-up as Lancaster Wolverines, while the champions table uses Lancashire Wolverines and BritballNow uses Lancashire Wolverine Colts. The staging season page now uses Lancashire Wolverines. These are naming variants in the surviving records; 14–36 with the teams reversed represents the same Bristol 36–14 victory, not a different score. The shorter Lancashire name is retained pending confirmation of the formal event-day name.
